Shaman's Stock Art designed the character depicted on the cover. I changed the characters skintone and color of magic to blue, to match the blue Matari elves my players envisioned in our collaborative worldbuilding session. I added the background and waves using free stockart and a bit of photoshop as well.

Aaron is an incredible GM who works really hard to make sure all players are having a good time and are included and celebrated. He's very experienced, has a wide range of art, music, and puzzles, and the games he runs are interesting and vibrant. I deeply appreciate the pre-session check-in where we discuss things like how we're travelling, safety tools, and recapping the last game, and the after-session hangout where we give feedback, ask questions, and discuss what we each want out of the next session. I always laugh raucously every single game, and I cry sometimes too, and I feel like all of our achievements are amplified and rewarded, and all of our blunders are navigated gracefully (including potential character deaths or other big moments).
In terms of The Golden Tablet specifically, I've loved how collaborative the world-building is, and the freedom of choosing paths. I'm super duper enjoying the Temple of the Jaguar Princess module - it's the best dungeon crawling experience I've ever had, and I'm so excited that we've played for 6 hours now and haven't even finished the first level! So much loot, so much danger, so many mysteries to solve...
Professor Grimm crafts not just a world but an entire experience. Whilst I could go on indefinitely about the creative and logistical skill required to do what he does, and the quality of the characters, plots, and worlds he creates, I think a more important point is the amount of care he brings to the table.
He is a GM who listens and cares about the wants and needs of the people at his table and the party they play, flexibly sculpting the world and the story into something that everyone involved loves. This care cultivates trust, and the party I am part of has been with him for multiple games now because of the trust that was built from the get go.
Your stories, and your characters, will be supported with him, and you'll come out of the game with something new and beautiful.
Altogether a wonderful experience, and a wonderful community that he has developed. I have no regrets, and earnestly encourage all who have the time to participate in their own Grimm fairytale.
